Xilinx 3030 Configuration From an 8051

no html docs are available, but for now, here's a bit of code. There are other bits of code I have for connecting the chip differently to the 8051, but they are similar to this one. Hopefully the comments in the code will be enough until I get some time to make some proper docs here.
