Section E requires a one page summary of Proprietary Claims.  I plan to
write that the AEGEAN team does not intend to make any proprietary claims.  
This
is what my contracts department advises.  If this is not acceptable to
your organization, please have provide a draft statement to include in
this section and forward it to me.  Thanks. Lissa
