• Question on Project 1: How do I compute a person's age if they were born on February 29?

  Answer: Assume that the person was born on 2/29/80. There are four possibilities:

  1. Current date is 2/28/04 (a leap year) -- Person is 23
  2. Current date is 2/29/04 (a leap year) -- Person is 24
  3. Current date is 2/28/03 (non-leap year) -- Person is 22
  4. Current date is 3/1/03 (non-leap year) -- Person is 23
