  3. Work with Emacs. Check out the list of basic Emacs commands.
    Run Emacs.
    Enter data into a text file.
    Save and exit Emacs.
  4. Work with Pine. Check out the Pine reference for more information.
    Run Pine.
    Create email.
    Read email.
    Delete email.
    Send attachments.
    View attachments.
    Exit Pine.
