LAB 5

This lab may look very familiar. It is basically lab 4 using functions. For this lab you are to write several C programs to solve the following problems. Try programs at your ability level first.

Beginner

Create a function that pops up a menu that continually prompts the user to enter 'H' to print a greeting in English, 'A' to print a greeting in Hawaiin, 'N' to print a greeting in Hindi, and 'S' to print a greeting in Hebrew. The menu should also include an option 'E' which exits the program. Menu should look something like this:
```
	Please enter:
	H -> To print greeting in English
	A -> To print greeting in Hawaiian
	N -> To print greeting in Hindi
	S -> To print greeting in Hebrew
	E -> To exit
	
```
Create function that prints the numbers 1 to 100, showing only 10 numbers per line.

Intermediate

Create a program that calls the menu function you created above to prompt the user to enter a letter. Then read in the users response. Send the users response the a second function that has the following functionality: When the user enters 'H', it prints "Hello"; 'A' it prints "Aloha"; 'N' it prints "Namasthe"; and S it prints "Shalom". When the user enters 'E', the program should print "Adios" before it exits the program.
Create a program that prompts the user to enter two integers. The program will then call a function that takes two integers and returns the product of the two integers. The program will look something like this:
```
		Enter an integer -> 5
		Enter another ->  4
		The product of the numbers 5 and 4 is 20.
	
```
Create a program that prompts the user for an integer. In the program, create a function that takes an int, num, and prints a multiplication table for all the numbers between 1 and n. The program will look something like this:
```
		Enter an integer ->  3
		
		A Multiplication Table for 3
		
			      1  2  3
			   * * * * * * 
			1  *  1  2  3
			2  *  2  4  6
			3  *  3  6  9
	
```
