Restaurant Helper

The Objective

This project is designed to give you practice with nested for loops and switch statements

The Task

When eating a meal in a restaurant, it is inevitable that the check will come and some questions will arise. How much should I tip? Or even worse, when dining with a group, how much should each person pay? A popular software company has decided to develop a product to help people in this difficult situation. You have been asked to develop the beta version of the software. Your software should allow the user to print out a handy table to help determine the tip, add a tip to the total, and also split the check.

Specific Details

Initially, you will ask the user to enter in the total amount of the check. You will then present a menu to the user with the following options:
- The 'P' option will print the tip table.
- The 'A' option will allow the user to add a tip amount to the total.
- The 'S' option will split the check.
- The 'E' option will allow the user to enter a new number.
- There should also be a Quit option on the menu. The menu should continue to display until the users enters a Q for quit.
You should allow the user to enter either uppercase or lowercase menu options.
You should do error checking to ensure that the total amount the user enters is between 10.00 and 100.00, inclusive.

The tip table MUST be written using nested for loops. You should start with an amount of 10 and show increments of 5 until you reach 100. You should show 15%, 20% and 25%. Here is an example of a tip table that goes through 40:

When you split the check, you should prompt the user for the number of ways he or she would like to split it. Keep in mind that the amount will not always be evenly divisible. You can just print the amount you get when doing the division, without worrying about any remainder. For instance, $23 is not evenly divisble by 3, but printing each person should owe $7.67 is okay.
