This file lists announcements concerning CMSC-341, Spring 2004.

      - 14 March 2005 The due date for Project 2 has
been extended to Friday March 18 11:59PM. Sample
output has also been provided.
      
- 07 March 2005 Project 2 Addenda have been
posted. Check them
for some important explanations for the project.
      
- 02 March 2005 Project 2 has been
posted and a discussion
board established.
      
- 25 Feb 2005 The Computer Science Council of
Majors is being reborn and looking for interested
students. Please check out their
temporary website, or contact
Dalibor Zeleny
for more information. A kickoff meeting is scheduled for Wednesday
March 2nd at 1:00pm
in iTE 201B (next to the help center).
      
- 22 Feb 2005  A discussion board for exam 1 has been created.
- 22 Feb 2005  Mr Edelman will be holding an exam review
session on Wednesday Feb 23rd from 7 - 9pm. room  SS109 - all may attend
for any part or all of the session.
- 21 Feb 2005  Exam 1 Review Questions posted.
- 10 Feb. 2005 Revised TA Office Hours have been posted. All TA office hours are
    held in ITE 349.
- 9 Feb. 2005 A cleaned up version of 
Project 1 Description has been uploaded. 
A few typos were removed, and the section of Random Number Generation was reworded.
A sample makefile and the question for Project 1 have also been uploaded.
- 6 Feb. 2005  
Project 1 Description has been uploaded to the course website. 
It is due 11:59PM, 20 Feb. 2005. 
 The makefile and the question will be available shortly.
- 1 Feb. 2005  submit directory for CMSC341 has been set. Please try to 
    submit Proj0. For those who have not used the submission system here at UMBC, 
    read the description of Project 0 
     at the course website. If your submission is denied, please send email to 
    Dr. Peng (ypeng@cs.umbc.edu).
